Job Position: Nurse Aide Job in Canada – LMIA in Process For Foreigners

Location: Cold Lake, AB, Canada
At Goshen Quality Care, we believe that providing great care starts with having a great team. We are currently looking for 8 compassionate Nurse Aides to join us in Cold Lake.

What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t just a checklist of tasks; it’s about making our patients feel at home and well-cared for. Your day-to-day will include:
- Personal Connection: Accompanying patients on outdoor activities and supervising their exercise routines.
- Direct Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and positioning/lifting patients with dignity.
- Clinical Support: Taking vitals (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) and administering first aid when needed.
- Environment: Keeping patient rooms comfortable, making beds, and managing supplies.
- Nutrition: Serving meals and assisting those who need help eating.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma (Secondary school graduation certificate).
- Experience: You should have at least 1 to 7 months of experience in a similar role. We value a solid foundation of caregiving skills.
- Communication: Fluency in English is required to ensure the safety and comfort of our patients.
- Reliability: This is a fully on-site position in beautiful Cold Lake, so you’ll need to be ready to work at our physical facility.
