Job Position:  Farm Workers – Seasonal Job in USA

Vacancy: 300 Vacancies

Company: C&B Farms, Inc

Salary: $14.00 per hour / 42 Hours Per Week

Location: Clewiston, FL, USA

Begin date: 8/1/2026

End date: 5/31/2027

C&B Farms, Inc. is gearing up for the upcoming season, and we are looking for 300 hardworking people to join our field and packing house teams here in Clewiston.

If you like staying active, enjoy teamwork, and want steady daytime hours for the season, we’d love to have you out here with us.

What the job actually looks like

This is a hands-on, active job where you’ll do a bit of everything depending on what the farm needs that day. You’ll be:

  • In the fields: Harvesting crops like radishes, beets, and green onions. You’ll be cutting, pulling, bunching them with rubber bands, and loading them up.
  • In the packing house: Washing off the dirt, sorting out the best quality crops, packing them into boxes, and getting them iced down so they stay fresh.
  • Organizing: Putting together boxes, labeling them with barcodes, and using scanners (or tokens) to keep track of your daily count.
  • General farm help: Helping out with weeding, planting, setting up irrigation, or pulling up plastic field covers at the end of the season.
  • Driving (if qualified): We also need people who can drive forklifts, tractors, or even buses/vans to move the crew and equipment around.

What we’re looking for

  • Some Experience: You’ve got at least 2 months of experience doing farm or warehouse work.
  • Physical Stamina: You’re able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and don’t mind a lot of bending, reaching, and standing throughout the day.
  • Weather Tough: Florida weather doesn’t play around. You need to be comfortable working outside on hot, humid summer days (up to 110°F heat index) as well as the occasional cold, wet morning.

We’ve got you covered on gear

We provide all the tools, containers, and equipment you need to do the job safely and right—free of charge. (We just ask that you take good care of them and return them when the season ends!)
