The Opportunities

What the Role Looks Like
This isn’t just about supervising play. As a lead teacher, you’ll be:
- Leading high-quality educational programs (EYLF) that truly prepare kids for school.
- Using “intentional teaching” to turn play into powerful learning moments.
- Mentoring other educators and building real, lasting relationships with our local families.
Is This You?
We are looking for someone with heart, experience, and the right credentials:
- The Degree: You hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).
- The Experience: You’ve spent at least 2 years leading a Kindergarten classroom.
- The Essentials: You have (or can get) NESA registration, a Working with Children Check, and First Aid/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates.
- The Vibe: You’re confident, professional, and genuinely love seeing children thrive.
