Job Position: Warehouse Operator & Forklift Driver in France – Visa & Relocation Assistance

At The Exploration Company, we are building the future of space travel. But you can’t build a spacecraft if the parts aren’t where they need to be! We’re looking for a Warehouse Operator & Forklift Driver who is organized, reliable, and ready to be the backbone of our logistics in Bordeaux.
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
In our warehouse, you aren’t just moving boxes; you’re handling the high-tech components of a reusable spacecraft. Your day will look like this:
- The Gatekeeper: Unloading shipments and doing a sharp “quality check” to make sure everything arrived exactly as it should.
- The Digital Master: Logging every part into our system (Odoo) so the engineers know exactly what’s available for the next build.
- The Driver: Jumping on the forklift (CACES 1A, 1B, 3, 5) to pick stock and deliver it straight to the workshop floor.
- The Protector: Packing and securing finished hardware for shipping. These parts are precious, so you’ll be the one making sure they’re safe for the road.
- The Maintenance Pro: Keeping your gear and the packing machines in top shape.
Is this you?
- The Experience: You’ve got at least 3 years under your belt in a warehouse. If you’ve worked in aerospace or high-precision logistics before, we’ll definitely have plenty to talk about.
- The Tickets: You have valid CACES R489 (1A, 1B, 3, and 5) and a standard driver’s license. (Please make sure to attach these to your application!)
- The Tech Skills: You’re comfortable with inventory software. If you already know Odoo, you’re one step ahead.
- The Language: We work in an international, English-speaking environment, so you’ll need to be able to communicate and coordinate in English.
- The Vibe: You’re someone who takes pride in a clean, organized shop. You’re helpful, proactive, and don’t mind jumping in to help with tasks that aren’t “strictly” in the job description.
