Salary: $ 18.35 to 22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 50 hours per week

Jealous Fruits Ltd. is looking to hire 15 tractor operators for the upcoming growing season in beautiful Kelowna, British Columbia.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be operating and maintaining our farm equipment – mainly tractors, sprayers, and farm trucks. Day-to-day, that means:
- Spraying and fertilizing our apple and cherry orchards
- Keeping the machinery running smoothly
- Tracking your work in logs and records
- Pitching in with general farm tasks when needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 2-3 years operating farm equipment (especially tractors and sprayers)
Education: None required – we care more about what you can do
Language: You’ll need to communicate in English with the team
You should be: Someone who can work independently, handle a fast pace during busy season, and doesn’t mind the physical side of farm work. We need reliable people who are quick learners and work well with others.
The job involves a lot of sitting on equipment, but also walking, bending, and physical work throughout the day. It’s demanding but rewarding.
The Details
This is farm work in a rural setting, so you’ll be moving between different orchard locations. The schedule varies – sometimes you’re starting early, sometimes working evenings or weekends depending on what the crops need.
