Caretaker needs 60 people who aren’t afraid of some real work. We’re a landscaping company in Gilbert, and we’ve got more jobs than we can handle right now. If you’ve done landscaping before and want almost a full year of work with decent pay, this might be your thing.
We start right after Christmas and go through late October – that’s 10 months of steady paychecks doing outdoor work in Arizona.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be doing all kinds of landscape work – nothing crazy, just the usual stuff that keeps properties looking good:
- Lawn care and turf maintenance
- Trimming and pruning trees and plants
- Fertilizing (we’ll show you what goes where)
- Fixing and maintaining sprinkler systems
- Cleanup work and keeping sites tidy
- Building those stackable block retaining walls
What You Need
- 3 months of landscaping experience (doesn’t have to be fancy, just actual experience)
- Cool with starting at 6 AM and wrapping up by 2:30 PM
- Some weekend or holiday work might pop up – just how it goes sometimes
- Gotta pass a drug test before we hire you (everyone does, no exceptions)
- Ready to be outside in Arizona – yeah, it gets hot
