What You’ll Be Doing
Your main focus will be keeping our underground and surface light vehicles—and all the gear that goes with them—running perfectly. This isn’t just basic oil changes; you’ll be handling:
- Preventative maintenance and fast-paced breakdown repairs.
- Deep fault-finding and failure analysis.
What You Need to Bring
- Qualifications: You must have an Australian recognized Mechanical Trade qualification.
- Experience: You’ve spent time in the mining industry as an LV Fitter or Mechanic.
- Licence: A clean, manual ‘C’ Class driver’s licence is a must.
- Skills: You’re a pro at troubleshooting and don’t need someone holding your hand through a breakdown.
- Bonus: If you have a Senior First Aid certificate, that’s a huge plus.
