Job Position: Greenhouse Labourers Job in ON – Canada For Foreigners with LMIA

Salary: $17.60 hourly / 40 to 55 hours per week
Location: Ruthven, ON, Canada
If you enjoy working with your hands and don’t mind getting a bit of a workout while you work, we’d love to have you at Kapital Produce in Ruthven, Ontario. We are looking for 25 hardworking people to join our greenhouse crew.
Good news for international applicants: We have an LMIA in place, so we are ready to support foreign workers for these positions!
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be working directly with our hydroponic crops, specifically tomatoes and cucumbers. It’s a busy, fast-paced environment where you’ll:
- Care for the plants: This includes tying, securing, weeding, and “deleafing” (removing leaves so the veggies ripen faster).
- Harvesting: Hand-picking fresh vegetables and sorting the best ones to be sold.
- Maintenance: Cleaning the greenhouse, transplanting seedlings, and applying fertilizers or sprays to keep the plants healthy.
- Monitoring: Keeping an eye out for any bugs or diseases and letting us know if you see something wrong.

- Reliable and punctual.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical labour.
- Able to follow instructions in English to keep the team safe.
