What you’ll actually be doing
- The Master of the Oven: Baking off our doughs, batters, and specialty breads.
- Making it Look Good: Frosting and decorating those iconic donuts and pastries.
- Keeping it Moving: You’ll be supervising a small crew of 1 or 2 people, training new staff, and making sure the kitchen stays spotless.
- Staying Organized: Keeping an eye on inventory and ordering the supplies we need so we never run out of the favorites.
Is this you?
- Experience: You’ve spent at least 1 to 2 years in a professional bakery or cafe setting.
- The “Grit”: You don’t mind being on your feet all day or lifting heavy bags of flour. You’ve got great hand-eye coordination and can hit tight deadlines when the morning rush starts.
- English Skills: Since you’ll be training staff and handling special orders, you’ll need to be comfortable speaking and writing in English.
- Reliability: When you’re the baker, the whole store depends on you. We’re looking for someone we can count on.
